Foot disorders can usually be corrected simply by; changing how you eat, care for your feet, and shop for shoes.

If foot trouble does occur, chances are the problem can be taken care of with cures or treatments that do not require surgery or other costly procedures often recommended by podiatrists.

The most common ailment is Athlete’s Foot, Foot Fungus, or Toe Nail Fungus (also fingernail fungus and skin fungus) Athlete’s foot, or tinea pedis, is a fungal infection that can is usually a by product of a weak immune system, or excess acidity, or a warm, moist environment. Diabetics also have a propensity for foot problems.

Taking the Fungus Out Topically

I have developed an all natural foot soak that contains a microorganism that actually absorbs the fungus. This soak has a pH raising compliment, boosting the body to a more alkaline base, added to the antifungal microorganism which insures its effectiveness. Put that on top of the 23 naturally occurring antifungal components in the the ingredients and you've got a remedy that packs a mega wallop in the treatment of fighting foot fungus, toe nail fungus, fingernail fungus, skin fungus and athlete’s foot! With none of the side effects that are present with prescription drugs such as Lamisil or Sporanex. Safer, cheaper and it just plain works! Safe for diabetics too! Gotta love that!

To put this simply – the natural enemies of the root cause for foot fungus, toe nail fungus, fingernail and skin fungus and athlete’s foot were found AND effectively combined and configured to be delivered to the base of where the fungus lives and grows.

The topical creams and ointments only get what is outside, or on top of, the nail. The pills do get inside the body; however there can be serious side effects and can wreak havoc on your entire system.

When you soak with this all natural foot soak the microorganisms have the opportunity and means to get under the nail to absorb the fungus at the base of where it lives, as well as the surrounding skin and nails. And this is a safe product without the serious side effects – even for diabetics.

Fight Fungus from the Inside Out

The body is made to be more alkaline than acidic. It is our diet that turns the body highly acidic. What this does is open the door to disease and infection. To aid the body in fighting off diseases and fungal infections you need to create an environment that will not support disease or infection and helps with cures and treatments. None of which can survive in an alkaline state. To get the body back to an alkaline state you need to eliminate foods highly acidic and feed the good cultures that are naturally present in the body to remedy infections and diseases.

Eating yogurt with live active cultures is an excellent way to boost the good bacteria needed for the body to fight fungal infections. This also helps boost the immune system when taking antibiotics.

Since athlete’s foot, toenail, fingernail, skin and foot fungus is an acid condition, acid forming foods should be eliminated. These include red meats and foods high in phosphates, such as sodas, sugary foods, and fried foods (diabetic friendly tips). Know your blood type and check the pages for a diet specific for you. Drinking plenty of water is also essential. Additionally vitamin A is necessary for the general health of the skin, and many enzymes that are effective in the healing of athlete’s foot, toenail fungus, fingernail fiungus and foot fungus are activated by vitamin C. Boosting the immune system is the best idea. Poor T-cell* function may contribute and may be corrected through nutritional supplements and diet as well.

Give Your Feet Some Elbow Room

To remedy or cure athlete’s foot, toe nail fungus, fingernail fungus, skin or foot fungus you need to keep feet (and nail and skin area) as dry as possible. Be sure to change socks often. Socks should be made from a moisture-wicking fabric such as CoolMax. For best results change your socks often.

In warmer climates and seasons wear well ventilated shoes - ideally sandals, flip-flops or open toe styles.

*What are T-Cells?

A T-cell is a type of lymphocyte. Okay, so what's a lymphocyte? Lymphocytes are a type of white blood cell. About 15 to 40 percent of your white blood cells are lymphocytes. And they are some of the most important cells in your immune system – protecting you from viral infections; helping other cells fight bacterial and fungal infections; producing antibodies; fighting cancers; and coordinating the activities of other cells in the immune system.

The two main types of lymphocytes are B-cells and T-cells. B-cells are created and mature in your bone marrow, while T-cells are created in bone marrow, but mature in your thymus gland (T for thymus). B-cells produce antibodies. Antibodies help the body destroy abnormal cells and infective organisms such as bacteria, viruses, and fungi.
